Thank you for choosing our tournament! From 14.00 hrs, the team of the Veluwe Trophy welcomes you at the main check-in. It is important that you report here first before travelling to your accommodation. During the check in you will receive all information about your stay, the vouchers to check in at your accommodation and practical information about the tournament.
Please be aware that the school is open from 17:00
If it appears that you will arrive later (or earlier) on the day of arrival, let us know. We will then personally welcome you to check in.

Bedankt voor het kiezen van ons toernooi! Vanaf 14.00 uur verwelkomt het team van de Veluwe Trophy u van harte bij de algemene check-in. Het is belangrijk dat u zich hier eerst meldt voordat u naar uw accommodatie reist. Tijdens de check-in ontvangt u alle informatie over uw verblijf, de vouchers om in te checken bij uw accommodatie en praktische informatie over het toernooi.
Let op: voor de teams die in de school slapen, de school is pas vanaf 17:00 geopend.
Mocht blijken dat u later (of eerder) op de dag van aankomst arriveert, laat het ons dan weten. Wij heten u dan persoonlijk welkom om in te checken.
